We define our users in three categories: Clients, Freelancers, and Sellers.

All of the users must obligated to our policy and terms of service. In order to secure the real identity of users and avoid scammers we must gather all the personal data from users. Users must provide us with real data and accurately verify that they are real. This will be included with your general information during the registration and your license card, identification card, or passport for verification. Likewise, we also collect information about your communication with other users and in blogs, comments, and feedback. Don’t worry we won’t share your information with any third parties without your consent.

Profile data, Name, Username, Email address, IP address
Transaction information, Payment information(payment method and credit card, so that you can get your payout after finishing project or gigs)

Certificate and your previous work or project(you can put if you have one, this will make your clients trust your work at another level)

When you use our Services, we will automatically receive your information. We use your information to improve our website function so that you can use our website with confidence and no trouble headaches. The function will be included with your log-in information and personal information. Here, we prioritize your safety, we do not accept any third parties that will track your information.

Children:

The Service is available to users who are at least 18 years of age and older. We do not acknowledge any personal information from users who are younger than 18. For the younger user, their personal information must be handled or under control by their parents. We will automatically delete their account if it is not verified and handled by their parents or guardians. For freelancers who are suspected from Topbuild services, We may share that information with clients, in order to prevent clients from getting fraud.
For users who have entered a contract agreement and policy with us, we may share your information for completing transactions and help resolve any claims or disputes.
We may use third parties company to facilitate our Services for future use. This may include maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, fraud detection, and for updating our Service's new function.
For legal purposes, Topbuild will share information with the public authorities or government agencies as required to fit with the national security with the earnings reporting. We will comply with legal processes when we believe it necessary to share your personal information with the government authorities. We will do so for the purpose of investigation, if any suspect violates the law, breaches the policy, breaches the contract and security.
